Our College Success team keeps our high school graduates connected with College Track and helps ensure that every student has the resources necessary to earn their 4-year degree.
There are four main components to the program:
Facilitating the transition from high school to college. In the spring of our students’ senior year, College Success provides financial planning workshops, academic advising, and social/emotional support to ensure they successfully adjust to their new college environment.
Keeping our college students engaged. Our team is committed to doing whatever it takes to ensure our students graduate from college, including visiting students on campus, providing academic advising, connecting students with on-campus resources, providing need- and merit-based scholarships, and reconnecting with students at our annual student reunion.
Partnering with colleges nationwide. College Track builds relationships with admissions directors and key campus leaders at colleges nationwide to ensure our students are well informed about the admissions process and to identify colleges that will provide the resources our students need to be successful.
Sponsoring the Alumni Association. The College Track Alumni Association enables our alumni to interact with each other through annual reunion events, workshops, and online social networking tools. Click here to learn more about the Alumni Association.
